How to Use

• Cheek massage: Apply 2–3 drops to the outside of baby’s cheek and gently massage. Use as often as needed.
• Compress method: Add 10 drops into hot/warm water, soak a cloth, wring well, and apply to the cheek. Repeat hourly if needed.
• Tummy massage (for sleep support): Use 10–20 drops on the stomach and massage gently in a clockwise direction
