Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over $150
Orders under $150 ship for a flat $15.99 anywhere in Australia.

Bigger items
Highchairs, co-sleepers, travel cots, play pens and change tables ship from our warehouse in New Zealand. Delivery is:
- $29 for your first bigger item, anywhere in Australia
- $20 for each extra bigger item in the same order

Bigger items aren't included in free shipping over $150. You'll see your delivery cost at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times
Most orders arrive in 4 to 10 working days. Regional and remote areas can take a few extra days. We'll email you tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Remote areas and changes to freight costs
Sometimes the real cost of getting your order to you is significantly more than the delivery fee at checkout. We absorb as much of that difference as we can, but in some cases the gap is too large for us to cover. This can happen with remote addresses or orders with several bigger items. If it does, we'll contact you before we send your order. You can pay the difference, or cancel for a full refund. We'll never charge you extra without your OK.
