How do I order using my NDIS funding?

If you're self-managed, request your NDIS invoice and include your NDIS number, we'll issue an invoice for reimbursement. If you're plan-managed, include your plan manager's details on the same form and we'll invoice them directly.

If you're not sure whether your plan covers these products, your support coordinator or plan manager can confirm what's included under your consumables budget.

What continence products does NDIS fund?

NDIS can fund continence products under the Consumables support category, including bedwetting alarms, reminder watches and absorbent products. What's covered depends on the participant's individual plan and goals, so it's worth confirming with a plan manager or support coordinator. Our range covers bedwetting alarms, sensor briefs and reminder watches, with sensor briefs available in adult sizes as well as children's, so the Rodger alarm can support both kids and adults experiencing incontinence.

Do I need a continence assessment for NDIS funding?

Not always. Many participants access bedwetting and continence products directly if they're already included in an NDIS plan's consumables budget. Some plans do ask for a continence assessment from a continence nurse or health professional first, particularly for higher-cost items or first-time claims. Your support coordinator can tell you if this applies to you.

Still have questions? Give us a call or send us a message. We are here to help you find the right product and support you every step of the way.

Understanding your NDIS options

What's the difference between self-managed and plan-managed NDIS funding? Self-managed means you pay for products yourself and claim the cost back from NDIS. Plan-managed means a registered plan manager pays providers directly on your behalf. Both are handled through our NDIS Invoice Request page, just note which applies when you submit your order. And if NDIS funding doesn't cover everything you need, the Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS) is a separate Australian Government scheme worth asking your GP or continence nurse about.
