This Bed-Shaker is an excellent accessory to the Rodger Wireless Bedwetting Alarm. It works well for those who are hearing-impaired, heavy sleepers or those who share a room (and don't wish to wake others).
The Rodger Wireless Alarm has an accessory port for the Bed-Shaker and can only be used when the alarm system is plugged in (not running by batteries). Place the Bed-Shaker under the mattress near the head, or under the pillow.

Rodger detects the first drop of moisture through sensors sewn directly into the briefs, not clipped on, so the alarm sounds before a full accident happens. Rodger is simple for children to use and change themselves, giving them independence.

How does a bedwetting alarm work?
Bedwetting alarms work on a principle called conditioned learning. The weak signal of a full bladder, which your child does not yet respond to during sleep, is replaced with a strong signal: the alarm sound. Over time, your child's brain learns to connect the sensation of a full bladder with waking up. Eventually their bladder reflex functions correctly and they sleep through the night dry, without any help from the alarm at all.
At bedtime your child puts on the sensor briefs and snaps the small waterproof transmitter onto the waistband. The moment the briefs detect moisture, the transmitter wirelessly signals the receiver and the alarm sounds. Your child gets out of bed to turn it off, visits the toilet, changes into a fresh pair, and goes back to sleep. Simple, consistent, effective.
What to expect
The first few nights will involve getting up. That is a good sign. Every time your child wakes and goes to the toilet, the brain is making the connection it needs. Use the alarm every night and the results will come.

Rodger Wireless Bedwetting Alarm Second Base Unit
An additional BASE UNIT for parent’s room.
This alarm can have a second base unit which can be in the parents room so they can be woken up to help the child when they wet.
You simply pair the transmitter on both base units and they will both sound when your child wets.
Receivers work up to approximately 22 Metres - depending on wall and floor construction and surrounding environment. We recommend testing your alarm prior to use, to make sure both units work within the layout of your home.
Can operate with batteries or main power.
Sensor Briefs for Rodger Bedwetting Alarm
These sensor briefs are compatible with the Rodger Wireless Bedwetting Alarm and the Rodger Amigo Day Wetting Alarm.
Note that the Amigo alarm is not sold as a kit, so if you're using it you'll need to order sensor briefs separately.
Available in sizes from 5 years through to adult, these briefs also suit teens and adults managing continence needs, not just children.
Order extra pairs if your child wets more than once a night, you don't want to do laundry every day, or you just want a backup pair ready to go. Each pack contains one pair.
These are original Rodger replacement briefs, made to snap onto your existing Rodger transmitter. They work the same way as the briefs your system came with.
